A new crusher bucket for 25-45-ton excavators combines crushing and screening in a single attachment, allowing contractors to process concrete, brick and other demolition material directly on the jobsite, including material containing steel and rebar.

The attachment can process up to 100 tons of material per hour, accepts feed sizes up to 300 mm and produces adjustable output sizes of 0-50 mm or 0-100 mm. Designed for demolition applications, it is intended to reduce material transport, minimize reliance on mobile crushers and increase on-site material reuse.

During field testing, the bucket processed 1,000 tons of concrete and brick rubble to less than 100 mm in about 10 hours.
