Werk-Brau Tilting Buckets Offer 45-Degree Articulation

The new tilting buckets provide 45 degrees of tilt in both directions for ditching, grading and sloping applications on compact and full-size excavators.

Werk-Brau has introduced a line of tilting buckets designed for ditching, grading and sloping applications on compact and full-size excavators.

The buckets provide 45 degrees of tilt in both directions, allowing operators to adjust the bucket angle without repositioning the excavator. An oversized cylinder design increases tilting force and helps the bucket maintain the desired angle.

Compact excavator models use a single cylinder, while full-size excavator models use dual cylinders. Integrated cylinder guards protect the hydraulic cylinders from damage and leaks.

The heavy-duty buckets use T-1 steel in critical and high-wear components, along with a rigid top section designed to minimize flexing. Horizontal wear straps protect the bucket bottom, while tapered side plates and a dual-taper radius are designed to reduce wear and aid material dumping.

The buckets can be installed on coupler-equipped excavators by connecting two hydraulic lines.
