Takeuchi expanded its Tier 4 lineup with the new 6,600-lb. TB230 and 8,300-lb. TB240 hydraulic compact excavators. A new electronic throttle control makes it easier to set the ideal engine speed, and automatically returns the throttle to idle after a period of machine inactivity. Hydraulic flow can now be adjusted from the operator's seat using the electronic monitor panel in the cab.
