The Yanmar TL25RP brings compact track loader (CTL) capability to jobsites where larger machines are difficult to transport, cannot gain access or are likely to cause unwanted ground disturbance. With a compact 48-inch footprint and an operating weight of 3,678 pounds in its open-ROPS configuration, the TL25RP is easy to transport between jobs and maneuver into narrow, confined work areas. Once on-site, it provides the traction, flotation and useful working capacity contractors expect from a CTL in an exceptionally compact package.
The machine is built on the patented ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle undercarriage. Two independent torsion axles per side allow the undercarriage to conform to uneven terrain and help deliver a smoother ride, dependable traction and low ground pressure. At 3.0 psi at operating weight, the TL25RP is well suited to soft, uneven or sensitive surfaces where limiting ground disturbance matters. This combination makes it particularly relevant for residential and commercial landscaping, rental, light construction and work around established properties.
A turbocharged 23.2-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine produces 63.2 lb-ft of peak torque. The radial-lift machine delivers an 800-pound rated operating capacity, 2,250 pounds of breakout force and 9.9 gpm of standard auxiliary hydraulic flow, giving crews useful digging, grading, carrying and material-handling capability in areas that may otherwise require smaller, less productive equipment. Variable auxiliary flow is controlled through joystick buttons, with continuous flow available through a console switch.
The TL25RP combines the compact size and maneuverability commonly associated with stand-on machines with the operator protection, seated comfort, suspension, traction and versatility of a compact track loader. Its operator station includes a certified ROPS/FOPS structure, seat belt, and operator-presence system, while the seated design helps reduce fatigue from standing and absorbing machine movement throughout a long shift. Separate pilot hydraulic joysticks control the loader and drive functions, and a 3.5-inch multifunction color display keeps key machine data, system monitoring, diagnostics and fault information in clear view. Large windows support visibility, while an available cold-weather cab, door and premium mechanical suspension seat provide additional protection and comfort across seasons and longer shifts.
Serviceability stays practical with a rear-tilting hood that provides access to major service points. Sealed undercarriage-wheel bearings, a high-efficiency hydraulic oil cooler positioned beside the engine radiator and onboard fault monitoring help support uptime. The Tier 4 Final Yanmar engine requires no diesel exhaust fluid, removing a separate fluid from daily operation.
The TL25RP brings productive tracked performance, operator protection and seated comfort to jobsites that are hard to reach, easy to damage or inefficient to serve with a full-size CTL. Contractors gain a machine that is easier to move, compact enough to access the work and designed to support safer, more productive operation once it gets there.
