The 172-net-hp Doosan DL250-5 and DL250TC-5 (tool carrier) wheel loaders offer improvements in fuel efficiency, operator comfort, serviceability, reliability and remote monitoring with Doosan Telematics. These models will replace the “dash-3” (Tier 4 Interim) models with a Tier 4-compliant Doosan DL06 diesel engine.
The 30,115-lb. DL250-5 incorporates a Z-bar loader linkage suitable for digging, heavy lifting and general construction tasks, while the for the 31,592-lb. DL250TC-5 has a parallel lift arm design that helps keep items level while the wheel loader is moving. Breakout force for the DL250-5 is 23,830 lbs. and 22,931 lbs. for the DL250TC-5, with both offering bucket capacities of 3.3 cu. yds.
- Engine optimized for use with a high-pressure common-rail fuel delivery system and a cooled exhaust gas recirculation system, and utilizes a diesel oxidation catalyst and selective catalyst reduction aftertreatment

- Auto-shutdown system allows idle time to be configured from 3 to 60 minutes before it will shut down the engine

- Optional high-lift configuration for the DL250-5 provides a 10-ft. 8 in. dump height (+18 in.)
- Options include a hydraulic locking front and conventional rear differential, 110-volt plug heater, emergency steer, hydraulic load isolation system, fingertip three-lever controls, rotating beacon, rearview camera, rubber fender protectors and full fender with rubber protector and air suspension with heated seat
