AUSA, a manufacturer of compact all-terrain vehicles based in Barcelona, Spain, has launched the D151AEG electric dumper. The dumper, AUSA’s flagship product, can be paired with a mini-excavator when taking on various tasks on the jobsite.

Check out this video to learn more details about the electric dumper.

The D151AEG, which has a 3,300-lb. and 1.18-cu.-yd. payload on its swing skip, allows operators to offload earth, rubble or other materials at an angle using a joystick. Due to its compact size, this machine is designed for earthworks in reduced spaces, such as municipal works, property renovations, small demolitions and landscaping.

The D151AEG dumper is equipped with a li-ion battery power unit. In the case of this dumper, it features a pack with a 9.3 kWh capacity, enough for at least one full day of work.Ausa D151aeg Gallery02 1284 Desk 1920 1080AUSA

Its 7.6 kW-power batteries and peaks of up to 17.3 kW are managed electronically to offer power and all-terrain capabilities. Additionally, when the accelerator is released, the electric motor reduces the speed while the energy is regenerated.

As this vehicle generates zero emissions and emits virtually no noise, it can be used in pollution-free spaces such as greenhouses, municipal works carried out at night, enclosed spaces, etc.

Recharging is facilitated by traditional main power via a 110V or 230V socket or a 415V socket for fast chargers. The time it takes to charge the batteries from 20% to 80% with a standard 230V socket is two hours.

Additionally, the battery recovers energy automatically while braking or driving downhill thanks to the power recovery system.
