Superior Industries will return to CONEXPO-CON/AGG with its largest outdoor exhibit to date, presenting new equipment, system-wide solutions and hands-on displays in the Silver Lot at booth SV2374.
Company president Jason Adams said the goal is to give visitors a clear look at the manufacturer’s capabilities and team. More than 60 employees will be on site throughout the show.
The outdoor layout is designed to provide an open, easy-to-navigate view of the company’s expanding line of crushing, screening, washing and conveying equipment and how those systems work together in the field.
New Products on Display
Independence High Frequency Screen Plant
The new screen plant is built for challenging feed, using a multi-slope 6×20 two-deck design and vibrating feed box to improve stratification and material spread. Outboard motors simplify maintenance, and an automated clean-out cycle helps move sticky material. Superior reports the design can increase capacity by up to 20% within the same footprint.
Superior Industries
A redesigned VSI merges traits of the legacy Cemco units with Superior’s Valor line, featuring new rotor and chamber geometry for improved efficiency. A rotating anvil ring is designed to extend wear life, and the platform maintains parts commonality across models. A C1920 model with a v-twin drive will be shown.
600 HP Upgrade for P500 Patriot Cone
A factory-approved power increase now rates the P500 cone crusher at 600 horsepower, providing more output for portable operations without oversize transport requirements. The unit at the show will be mounted on a portable chassis with hydraulic leveling legs and a large observation platform.
Self-Contained Portable Radial Stacker
Superior Industries
The updated stacker features changes to the truss depth, power supply and load zone hopper for improved efficiency. The onboard engine powers up to 500 TPH, and a steeper angle allows for larger stockpiles in less space. A 36" × 80' model will be displayed with hydraulic controls for the hopper wings, undercarriage and folding head.
Conveyor Transfer Zone Skirting Solutions
New adjustable skirtboards arrive in preassembled sections with trim-to-fit legs for various conveyor designs. RockGuard Skirting Liners offer steel-backed rubber or urethane options in multiple sizes with flat or beveled edges for different material conditions.
