WEATHER GUARD has redesigned its transfer tanks for work trucks, adding structural features intended to improve durability, simplify installation and reduce maintenance.

The tanks are built from 12-gauge steel with White or Matte Black ARMOR TUF powder coat finishes. Features include rounded corners to reduce stress, integrated mounting tabs, vibration-isolating bushings and interior baffles for stability during transport.

The redesigned tanks fit a wider range of work trucks, including select short-bed pickups and service bodies. A reinforced 2-inch NPT bung accommodates most fuel pumps, while a lockable vented cap manages pressure changes during dispensing and temperature fluctuations.

The tanks are factory leak-tested and designed for diesel fuel and other nonflammable liquids. They are intended for transport applications, not as auxiliary tanks connected to a vehicle’s primary fuel system.
