In a 12-1 vote the Denver City Council passed a construction defects reform ordinance which will make it more difficult for condo owners to take builders and developers to court over construction defects.
Eight other metro-area municipalities have passed similar ordinances, but the ordinances have not necessarily sparked more construction.
