Construction of Europe's first underwater restaurant.

Under construction on Norway's southern most tip, Under — Europe's first underwater restaurant — is being built atop a barge just a short distance from where it will rest 16 feet under the water's surface.
Once the structure is deemed structurally sound, it will be submerged and secured to a foundation on the sea floor. It is scheduled to be completed by 2019.
