Terex Utilities announced the next generation of a zero-emissions bucket truck for the electric utility industry. Terex Utilities has partnered with Mack Trucks, Inc. to deliver a bucket truck with an enhanced range and more payload available.
Terex installed its Optima HR55 aerial device powered by Viatec's HyPowerTM SmartPTO on the Mack MD7 Electric chassis to deliver a zero-emissions utility truck that can drive farther and haul more cargo.

- All electric.
- Zero-emissions.
- Operates independent of the Mack MD7 Electric chassis.
- Equipped with the 3rd Eye digital platform - integrating advanced camera systems and AI.
- Six HD cameras are displayed on a spacious 7-in. in-cab monitor for a real-time view of the vehicle’s surroundings.
- Reducing blind spots when reversing, changing lanes, or operating in tight or high-traffic areas.
A limited supply of these trucks will be available in 2025, with a standard delivery of 12-18 months.
