Joel Stave, project manager at Miron Construction, based in Neenah, WI, shares how the company worked with the local Make-A-Wish organization to fulfill the dream of Dominic Fillipini, a five-year-old boy suffering from Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a rare and severe neurological disease that causes seizures and can lead to other cognitive issues. Dominic wished to be a “worker man” on a construction jobsite. Here’s how his wish came true.
