The LHD6500ETB Electric Side Dump Tracked Buggy is a battery-powered electric tracked concrete buggy built to move, place, and dump material faster and with less labor—especially on jobs where traction, tight access, or indoor/low-ventilation conditions make traditional wheelbarrows or gas buggies a headache. It represents the start of LHD’s new generation of electric tracked buggies, designed around simplicity for the operator, clean operation, and jobsite productivity.
At its core, the LHD6500ETB is a compact tracked buggy with a high-capacity poly bucket that’s purpose-built for concrete contractors. The tracked undercarriage provides stability and traction, while the side dump configuration gives crews a faster, more controlled way to place material along forms, edges, and pours without needing to reposition as often or fight awkward dump angles.
“Zero emissions at point of use” makes this machine ideal for interior pours, garages, basements, warehouses, and any site where fumes and ventilation are a concern. Electric drive also helps reduce day-to-day hassles common with gas equipment: fewer fluid-related issues, less odor, and generally simpler operation.
Real job site capacity in a compact footprint:
- Payload: 2,500 lb (1,334 kg)
- Bucket capacity:16 cu ft (0.6 yd)
- Width: 34.5 in (87.63 cm)

The LHD6500ETB is designed with easy-to-learn controls so rental customers and new operators can be productive quickly:
- Two-joystick operation: one joystick handles drive, the other handles bucket functions.
- Data at a glance (digital display): A built-in digital display provides the operator the information they need, including real-time electric usage.
- Battery + charging flexibility:
- Battery power: 10 kW / 13 HP equivalent
- Charging options: 110V or 220V
This new feature was designed to solve the “where do we plug it in?” problem. Contractors can charge off standard power when needed, or use 220V where available to better fit demanding schedules.
Performance and job site productivity:
- Top speed: 6 mph (single speed) / 9.7 kph
- Runtime: up to 8 hours
That’s aimed at covering a full workday for typical hauling and placement tasks—especially when the buggy is used efficiently.
