RoadMixer

The RoadMixer, from Hot Mix Mobile LLC, is the first in a series of mobile volumetric hot mix asphalt mixing and delivery systems.

• Capable of producing 10 tph of hot mix asphalt from raw materials carried on-board or from materials on the jobsite
• 12.8-ton overall capacity
• Can create one fine mix, one coarse mix; available two customizable mixes per customer specifications
• Three material bins: one sand (required); two stone; variable multi-aggregate bins for fine or coarse material
• 114-gallon on-board containment tank liquid asphalt capacity
• Discharge hopper capacity is insulated to allow storage of up to 1.25 tons hot mix asphalt
• On-board melt system designed to work with solid asphalt cement
