Skanska has appointed Antonia Junelind as chief financial officer of its USA Civil operations, effective Jan. 1, 2027. She will succeed Jari Mäntylä, who will shift his focus to strategic initiatives as he prepares for retirement. The two executives will work together during the transition.
Junelind has more than 15 years of experience with Skanska, including roles in finance, investor relations, transactions and business development. She currently serves as senior vice president of investor relations for Skanska AB and previously held leadership roles in corporate finance and control, commercial property development and financial services.
Mäntylä joined Skanska Finland as CFO in 2010 and moved to the U.S. in 2016 to become CFO of Skanska USA Civil. During his tenure, he has worked with operational and project teams on financial planning and business decisions.
