CM Labs Simulations has introduced new training capabilities that allow contractors to prepare equipment operators using project-specific site designs and automation-assisted grading workflows.
The latest update adds Trimble Design File Import to the company's Intellia Workforce Training System, enabling operators to practice earthmoving tasks using actual project plans before arriving on the jobsite. According to CM Labs, the feature is designed to improve operator readiness, support mission planning and reduce jobsite risk.

The company also expanded support for Trimble Earthworks Autos to its dozer simulation curriculum, allowing operators to train with machine control technology used in modern grading applications.
CM Labs said the new capabilities are intended to help contractors combine operator training, project planning and equipment simulation in a single platform while improving safety and productivity.
