The platform allows users to create job-specific training requirements, verify attendance through electronic signatures or photos, and track training by employee, role and completion date.
A corrective actions tracking feature helps identify recurring unsafe behaviors, allowing safety managers to adjust training based on trends. The system also supports refresher training reminders and documentation for toolbox talks, classroom instruction, hands-on training and computer-based courses.
SafetyReports includes a dashboard that centralizes training and compliance information, along with a library of toolbox talks from OSHA, CPWR and other industry resources. The digital platform is designed to replace paper-based training records and simplify documentation and reporting.
