Deere & Company has completed its acquisition of Tenna, a provider of mixed-fleet equipment operations and asset tracking technology.

Tenna offers a construction-focused platform that centralizes data on equipment usage, maintenance and jobsite activity. The system provides contractors with near real-time visibility into fleet performance, helping support planning, coordination and maintenance decisions across mixed equipment fleets.

Following the close of the transaction, Tenna will continue to operate as an independent business and will be marketed directly to construction customers under the Tenna name. The company will maintain its mixed-fleet business model while expanding operations under Deere ownership.
