Kooner Fleet Management Solutions has appointed Micah Einterz as its new head of strategy, a newly created executive role focused on long-term growth, strategic partnerships and organizational development.
Einterz will work with Founder and CEO Gary Kooner and the executive leadership team to guide the company's growth strategy, support expansion efforts and lead strategic planning initiatives.
He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience, most recently at Amazon, where he led enterprise initiatives focused on fleet operations, vendor performance and analytics. Before that, he spent nearly eight years at Kenworth Truck Company, helping develop connected vehicle strategies and service management programs.
The appointment comes as Kooner continues to expand its fleet management operations and technology platform across North America.
