House Transportation Committee Schedules Field Hearings on Highway Bill

Rep. John L. Mica, R-Fla., chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, has scheduled a series of field hearings and public forums across the U.S. to obtain information toward drafting a new surface transportation bill.
