Penetrating Stain Sealer combines the benefits of a translucent stain appearance with a strong, breathable barrier that reduces water migration, dusting, staining, freeze-thaw damage and mildew growth.

  • Use on colored or uncolored, flat, stamped or precast concrete surfaces
  • VOC compliant
  • UV stable
  • Alternative to acid stains and acetone based dyes
  • Can also be used to restore the original appearance of aged surfaces or even out the color of newly poured slabs
  • Non-tinted version available where color is not desired
