XTRA-FLEX Radius Forms

The XTRA-FLEX forming system from Metal Forms Corp. is available for forming concrete 4, 6 and 12 in. high. The forming system is designed to shape extra tight radii (down to 6 in.) for decorative flatwork. Available in 10-ft. lengths, the forms are manufactured from high-density polyethylene.
