Update:

Unfortunately, Procore has informed ForConstructionPros.com it will be discontinuing the CurrentSet mobile app at the end of 2016. On December 31, 2016, CurrentSet will no longer be available. Starting on May 13, 2016, CurrentSet will no longer have the ability to invite new users to existing projects or to create new projects.

According to Procore, if you have active projects in CurrentSet, they will not be interrupted until December 31, 2016. Up until that date, Procore will continue to save all your project information on its servers and provide access to your projects created or added before May 13, 2016.

All CurrentSet data belongs to the user. Procore provides the ability to download and export projects from CurrentSet.

Procore’s free drawing collaboration tool, CurrentSet, ensures that your construction team is always working with the most current set of drawings.

The CurrentSet mobile app organizes construction drawings into one master set. Individual sheets are automatically numbers, and the app’s automatic version tracking prioritizes the most recent drawing set to ensure no one is working off outdated drawings.

CurrentSet features Optical Character Recognition (OCR) which automatically recognizes a drawing’s number and labels it accordingly.

CurrentSet features Optical Character Recognition (OCR) which automatically recognizes a drawing’s number and labels it accordingly.

The automatic sheet linking feature uses the OCR technology to insert a link directly into a sheet when the drawing contains a reference to another sheet. A user can then tap on the link and go directly to the referenced drawing.

App features:

  • Unlimited free sheets
  • Review and markup drawings from anywhere
  • Work offline and automatically sync updates when back online
  • Notify entire project team when changes are made to a drawing set
