The Basic version of HipChat is free to use. A HipChat Plus version is available at $2 per month per customer. HipChat Plus includes more features than the Basic version including unlimited file sharing and storage and video chat.
To add a little fun into your business communication, HipChat also allows the creation of custom emoticons and sharing of animated GIFs.
