TidyBuild is a cloud-based project management tool for the construction industry that uses real-time data to help contractors manage complex projects from proposal to invoicing. Tidybuild can be used for quoting, tracking, invoicing and reporting.
During the quoting stage, use TidyBuild to create a fixed price quote or an estimate for both time and materials. Once a quote is accepted, a new project is created. Quote details are automatically transferred to the new project.
TidyBuild tracks projects by keeping all project components in one place. The app provides real-time information a project’s costs, profitability and timeliness.
In addition to tracking project info, TidyBuild can also be used to manage projects such as prioritizing and assigning tasks and target completion dates. Contractors can either check off and approve work or auto-approved completed work. Alerts notify users if they fall behind schedule.
When you’re ready to invoice customers, create the invoice within TidyBuild and push them through to Xero. Approved time, materials and expenses are automatically added to an invoice queue.
TidyBuild is available in different company subscription plans. The Essentials and Turbo plans cater to smaller firms or low complexity projects. The Jet and Rocket plans cater to larger firms or more complex projects. The Enterprise plan combines both project and inventory management into one solution. Pricing varies by plan and number of users.
