The SharpeSoft Field Reporter provides daily performance analysis to help users better manage their projects, reduce cost overruns, and track item and change order progress, all in one user-friendly system. Some features include: Job import from SharpeSoft Estimator; On-the-Fly data entry of new resources or data; and Foreman daily logs track usage of crews, materials, subcontractors, and/or other resources. Costs and progress quantities are tracked at the activity level to identify causes of cost overruns. Time and material can be tracked against potential claims and approved change orders. Labor hours can be tracked at multiple labor rates for detailed payroll reporting. Field systems send jobsite data to the central office through e-mail updates and the central office retains data for all foremen on every job. Field Reporter imports from Excel and exports to Excel and accounting systems.
