Kleemann has announced updates to its SPECTIVE CONNECT system and new integrations in the John Deere Operations Center. These digital tools help equipment operators and site managers streamline machine operations, monitor performance in real time and improve overall worksite efficiency.

Mobile Control via SPECTIVE CONNECT CONTROL App

The SPECTIVE CONNECT CONTROL app allows operators to manage key machine functions directly from a smartphone. With this bi-directional control system, tasks such as adjusting the crusher gap or calibrating belt scales can be completed from the cab of an excavator, reducing time on foot and increasing safety.

By moving controls closer to the operator, the system supports faster adjustments and improved comfort on the jobsite.

Smarter Performance with Built-In Recommendations

The Performance Assistant feature builds on process transparency by offering actionable insights based on machine data. When performance deviates from targets set by the Smart Job Configurator, the system suggests corrective actions to help bring output back on track.

This tool allows users to go beyond monitoring and actively improve crushing efficiency using real-time data.

Expanded SPECTIVE CONNECT Compatibility for Screening Plants

SPECTIVE CONNECT is now compatible with Kleemann’s mobile classifying and scalping screens. Through the app, operators can view critical machine data such as engine speed, fuel consumption and fill levels.

A new “stockpile monitoring” feature helps optimize material handling by notifying users when stockpiles reach preset limits. This notification helps avoid overflows and improves material flow across the site.

Remote Production Monitoring in the John Deere Operations Center™

Kleemann machine data is now available through the John Deere Operations Center™, a centralized telematics platform from the Wirtgen Group. With the new WPT Crushing feature, users can view real-time production data from Kleemann crushing plants, track worksite progress and compare outputs against predefined targets.

This remote access supports proactive planning and scheduling, allowing managers to monitor productivity without being physically on-site.

Together, these tools reflect a broader trend in the construction and aggregates industries: leveraging digital systems not only for data collection, but for smarter, safer and more productive operations.
