Bluebeam has rolled out new software updates intended to close gaps between office and field teams, including the launch of Task Link — a native integration between Bluebeam Revu and GoCanvas — and added features for its iOS and Android mobile apps.
Task Link is the first major connection between Revu and GoCanvas since the companies joined under the Nemetschek Group. The tool allows users to send tasks from Revu directly to field teams, receive real-time updates, and link GoCanvas submissions — including photos, videos and signatures — to specific markups. Bluebeam says the goal is to create a more consistent workflow and reduce miscommunication on projects. The feature is available to Bluebeam subscribers who also hold a GoCanvas subscription.
Bluebeam also introduced several enhancements to its mobile apps.
On iOS, users now have access to measurement tools, basic PDF form filling and offline capabilities for Studio Projects. Android updates include new image markup tools, a precision eraser and broader local PDF support.
The updates continue Bluebeam’s push toward more connected digital workflows across planning, documentation and field execution.
