Procore Technologies has introduced new portfolio management and capital planning capabilities designed to help construction owners manage capital projects from early planning through operations.
The new tools provide centralized visibility into budgets, schedules, funding and project performance across an owner's portfolio. According to the company, embedded Procore AI can help identify emerging risks, automate workflows and answer questions using data from connected projects.
New features include Concept Projects for evaluating and approving potential investments, Portfolio Monitoring for tracking project performance, Owners Hub dashboards, Capital Planning, Funding Source Management and Asset Management.
Procore said the capabilities are designed to replace disconnected spreadsheets and systems with a unified platform that supports planning, project delivery and long-term asset management.
