
Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas announced a variety of improvements to its 3 1/2-ton class R35Z-9A zero tailswing compact excavator. One of seven 9A series models, the R35Z-9A compact excavator was introduced to the market in 2015.
- Maximum digging depth of 10 ft. 3 in., bucket breakout force of 6,900 lbf. and standard bucket capacity of 0.14 cu. yds.
- 23.7-hp Yanmar engine housed in a wider opening engine compartment
- Boom swing capability allows boom offset of 75° to the left and 50° to the right for close work alongside foundations and other structures
Standard Werk Brau-compatible thumb bracket, diverter valve for easy switching between a thumb or attachment, proportional control levers with two-way piping and pin-grabber style dual-locking quick coupler and O/C piping- Enhanced bucket design with lifting-eye and two-piece tooth design for easy replacement
- Dozer blade includes an increased curve profile for better grade and cutting ability and easily replaceable cutting edge
- Durable centered boom LED work light for improved jobsite illumination
- Large cab with air conditioning, suspension seat and fold-up travel pedals for enhanced floor space
- Optional four-way angle dozer blade
