Caterpillar has introduced new technology and performance updates to its 305 CR, 308 CR, 309 CR and 310 Mini Hydraulic Excavators.
The 305 CR now includes E-Fence and Indicate systems, which help operators avoid obstacles and maintain grade accuracy. A new Laser Catcher option enhances precision for larger jobsites.
Models in the 8- to 10-ton range now feature the Cat C2.8 engine, which meets Tier 4 Final and Stage V standards and requires no emissions maintenance. Other updates include a third auxiliary hydraulic option, standard rearview cameras and a new side-view camera for the 310.
The 308 CR also adds an angle blade option for improved backfilling and grading.
