Vermeer showcased its new ML180 mini loader at Utility Expo 2025, highlighting a design focused on operator comfort, productivity and performance.
The ML180 features electric-over-hydraulic controls for precise motor operation, faster travel speeds and enhanced lift capacity. An air-ride suspended chariot and floating suspension track reduce operator fatigue and improve maneuverability over rough terrain. Low noise levels also help maintain communication on busy job sites.
Trevor Koolmees, Vermeer product group sales manager, said the ML180 demonstrates the company’s commitment to innovation and smarter, more intuitive equipment design.
The ML180 serves as a technology demonstration, with Vermeer using trade show feedback to refine features for future mini loader models, offering a glimpse into the next generation of its compact track loader lineup.
