HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America has introduced the HX210L long-track excavator, adding a next-generation model with updates focused on efficiency, comfort, serviceability and safety.
Powered by Hyundai's 186-hp DX05 engine, the 54,900-lb. excavator delivers 6% more torque, 7% better fuel efficiency and a 30% reduction in DEF consumption, according to the company. It has a maximum digging depth of 21 ft. 9 in.
The HX210L also features extended maintenance intervals, including 1,000-hour engine oil and filter changes when using CK-4 engine oil and coolant replacement intervals of up to 6,000 hours.
Operator updates include a wider heated and ventilated seat and improved climate control. Optional features include a white-noise travel alarm and Smart Around View Monitoring, which uses six cameras and AI to detect people around the machine.
