Honda Cyclone Air Cleaner for GX Series Engines

A cyclone air cleaner will be available on the GX160 and GX200 mid-sized, single-cylinder, horizontal shaft engines and the larger GX270 and GX390 OHV engines starting in 2017.

• Compact design fits more tightly within the overall shape of each GX engine model
• Triple-cleaning chamber suited for equipment operating in extremely dusty conditions
• Mesh screen effectively takes in air and directs it to three tubular cyclone chambers
• Each turbo fin-shaped entrance efficiently accelerates air as it travels from top to bottom, forcing particulates from the air stream
• Foam pre-cleaner and pleated air filter ensure only clean air enters the engine
