Jim Brown, president, Okada America, Inc. has announced the hiring of Bryant Flewelling to the position of Product Support Manager. Flewelling brings a variety of skill sets to the Product Support Manager position working in the construction equipment business on the distributor side as an outside sales representative, service manager and field technician. His specialties have centered on the repair and maintenance of construction equipment focusing on hydraulic and electrical repair.
His Okada responsibilities will include providing service and customer support during field visits, managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
He has been assigned to cover Okada’s market area in California, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii.
Bryant and his wife, Kassie, currently reside in Aurora, CO.
