E100P Portable Asphalt Plant

Terex calls its E100P asphalt plant "super-portable" and says it is the only single/dual load plant featuring counterflow drum mixer technology.

• Positions all plant components – counterflow drum mixer, baghouse, cold-feed bins, discharge and aggregate conveyors, scalping screen and control house – on a single chassis; entire plant can be mobilized in two days
• Capable of making virtually any mix design for which the plant is configured at up to 100 tons per hour at 5% moisture
• Options includewarm mix asphalt system
• Portable RAP unit and mineral filler silo can be added to the base plant configuration to increase mix design versatility

• 5-foot 11-inch-diameter counterflow drum mixer
• Early-entry RAP collar and Hauck SJ4260 burner
• External rotary mixer with two mixing zones
• Pulse-jet baghouse
• Compact knockout box removes up to 80% of larger particles
• 480 Nomex, high-temperature bags with a 5:1 air-to-cloth ratio
• Four 7-cubic-yard aggregate bins, each with two vibrators
