bauma China Continues Its Growth Trajectory

Nearly 3,000 exhibitors and 200,000 visitors are expected to meet in Shanghai in 2014.


The seventh edition of bauma China will take place between November 25 to 28, 2014, in Shanghai. The International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Construction Vehicles and Equipment will again take up all the available space at the Shanghai New International Centre (SNIEC), including 200,000 sq. meters of indoor and 100,000 sq. meters of outdoor exhibition space.

Held every two years, bauma China set new records in 2012 with 2,718 exhibitors from 38 countries and around 180,000 trade visitors from 141 countries. Exhibition space grew by 30%, exhibitor numbers grew by 44% and visitor numbers were up by 14%. bauma China 2014 anticipates breaking new records with nearly 3,000 exhibitors from about 40 countries/regions showcasing the latest construction and material processing equipment, building materials and component and supplier services to almost 200,000 visitors from 150 countries/regions. In addition to Chinese manufacturers, there will be nine country pavilions from Austria, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Korea, Spain, Turkey and the US.
