Dodge Data & Analytics recently published a list of the top infrastructure projects in the U.S.

Dodge Data & Analytics recently published two economic insight reports, one listing the top 25 U.S. infrastructure projects in the planning phase and the other listing the top 25 infrastructure projects recently started. The top project in planning is the $12.3 billion Gateway Program Hudson Tunnel Project in New York, which is designed to bolster existing and create new route options to ease traffic between New York and New Jersey.

 Meanwhile, the top project in start is the widening of Interstate 35 in Texas. 


Top 25 Infrastructure Projects in Planning

The following projects were in the planning stages as of Q2 2022 and run the gamut from rail, road and bridge improvements to tunnels and pipelines. The top 20 are all valued at $1 billion and above.

Projects in Texas, Hawaii, North Carolina, North Dakota and Michigan rounded out the top five projects that were reported as in start in Q1 2022. The following projects are more modest in comparison to the planned projects above, and are much-needed upgrades and improvements.
