The Volvo Group has named Richard Simons as the new Senior Vice President of Aftermarket Parts Sales for both Volvo Trucks North America and Mack Trucks, effective June 30.
Simons brings three decades of experience in the commercial transportation industry, having held senior roles in parts, service, and remarketing with other major equipment manufacturers.
Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Simons holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Purdue University. He will be based at the company’s North American headquarters in Greensboro, NC.
