
Kubota Tractor Corporation appointed Charlie Kowalski as vice president of information technology for its U.S. operations.
In the role, Kowalski will lead the company's enterprise technology strategy and IT organization, overseeing initiatives that include enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain systems, IT service management and HR platforms.
Kowalski joins Kubota with experience leading enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives at companies including Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and ServiceNow. Most recently, he served as senior director of product and enablement at ServiceNow.
According to Kubota, Kowalski will focus on advancing enterprise platforms through automation, system integration and process simplification to support the company's U.S. operations and long-term growth.
