Colorado WORKNOW Program Connected 252 People to Construction Jobs

Program connects people to training and ultimately jobs in the construction industry plus offers additional assistance with transportation and childcare needs

A new program in Colorado called WORKNOW is helping connect people with the construction industry, getting them training and jobs and filling a labor shortage need. The program is exceeding expectations as it has already connected 252 people with their first construction jobs.

But the program goes beyond the typical job connection and also helps with childcare support, access to work tools and clothing and transportation support.
