STIHL has launched the AP System Trimmer lineup of tools for professionals. This series includes the following models: FSA 120, FSA 120 R and KMA 120 R.
FSA 120 and FSA 120 R
The STIHL FSA 120 and FSA 120 R are part of the STIHL AP System, featuring a workable power-to-weight ratio when paired with the AP 300 S battery. With up to 40 minutes of run time, the FSA 120 R features 40% more power than the FSA 90 R. The FSA 120 features a bike handle with adjustability and rubberized texture. The FSA 120 R introduces a new loop-handle design with a toolless quick release for adjustments and a toolless barrier bar installation and removal. These trimmers are virtually maintenance-free thanks to a brushless motor and sealed gearbox. Plus, the FSA 120 R features a newly designed shoulder strap harness hook optimized to allow for maximum range of motion.
KMA 120 R
The KMA 120 R is a multitool solution for landscaping professionals looking to trim, cut, blow, prune and more. Powered by the same AP System battery, the powerhead is compatible with 14 attachments for a range of landscaping needs. The KMA 120 R has a newly designed toolless loop handle and barrier bar. Add to that the variable speed control and two-step speed adjustment levels, and you’ve got the capability and versatility for different types of jobs. Its reduced-noise operation also allows landscapers to work in noise-sensitive areas.
