Genie Micro Scissor Product Line

A growing need for productive machines that can work in space-restricted and low floor loading applications continues to drive innovation in compact MEWPs.

To help meet this need, Genie introduced the GS-1432m and GS-1932m micro scissor lifts, which deliver full-sized performance and a low total cost of ownership in a compact, lightweight footprint. The GS-1432m and GS-1932m can fit in a standard-sized elevator, drive through a doorway with fixed guardrails, and feature a zero-degree inside turning radius for maneuverability in tight spaces.

The GS-1432m and GS-1932m have a 500-pound capacity, can accommodate two workers, and feature a 32 inch platform and 2 foot extension deck — making them versatile options for nearly any work-at-height application up to 19 feet.

Powering these new micro scissors is Genie E-Drive. A brushless, fully sealed, maintenance-free AC electric drive motor and 70 percent fewer hoses and fittings deliver a cleaner solution with fewer replaceable or serviceable parts. E-Drive also delivers industry-leading efficiency and a 35 percent reduction in lifetime maintenance costs. With E-Drive, the GS-1432m and GS-1932m are four times more efficient than traditional hydraulic drive systems and can run 30 percent longer on a single charge for greater productivity and a 20 percent reduction in lifetime battery costs.

The GS-1432m weighs less than 2,000 pounds, which is 30 percent lighter than comparable standard-sized scissor lifts and is rated for both indoor and outdoor use. The GS-1932m weighs just 2,600 pounds with an indoor platform height of 18 feet, 2 inches, and an outdoor platform height of 17 feet.
