Five crane operators from Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, a member of the ALL Erection & Crane Rental Inc. Family of Companies, were honored by the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association with SC&RA’s 2012 Crane Operator Safety Award for their outstanding safety records of 10,000 consecutive man-hours without a single recordable injury or illness.
Each man also was presented with a special SC&RA safety vest. Beth O’Quinn, SC&RA vice president, said, “Accumulating such a safety record is an impressive accomplishment and is deserving of industry recognition. We hope they will wear their vests with pride in winning such a prestigious honor.”
