Wisconsin-based Dueco Inc. has been sold to Terex Corp.'s utilities business, based in Watertown, SD.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but the companies said Terex Utilities has acquired substantially all the assets of Dueco, a 60-year-old company that sells and services utility trucks.
The companies said they have been working together in the past, with Dueco's sales and service operations already responsible for Terex products in 17 states.
