ELGi will showcase its portable compressed air solutions for the construction industry, the D185T4F and GP75 compressors, at ARA Show 2023 in Orlando, Fla.

“This will be a perfect opportunity to showcase our strong portable compressed air offerings, which help our customers expand their rental fleets, boost energy efficiency, and lower their total cost of ownership," said Zeke Hendrix, vice president of ELGi portable compressors. “ELGi’s portable compressors are designed to be durable, fuel-efficient, quiet, and reliable. We are excited to demonstrate how our compressors can greatly contribute to current and new customers’ rental fleets. We’re also looking forward to building connections and partnerships.”

The all-steel structure and heavy-duty dexter axle enable the D185T4F compressor to resist dents and fading. Powered by a Kohler KDI diesel engine, this portable air compressor provides a compressed air source with a capacity of 185 cfm at 100 psi or 150 cfm at 150 psi. The Kohler engine design enables the portable air compressor to achieve Tier 4 Final EPA requirements without the need for a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) system. In addition, the D185T4F is equipped with a new DeepSea controller and Intelligent Start-Stop System that prevents cold-starting and blowback.

Powered by a Honda GX690 22 HP gasoline engine, the GP75 portable air compressor can deliver compressed air with a capacity of 75 cfm at 100 psi. The unit is maneuverable with its retractable handle and pneumatic tires, requiring one person or minimal manpower to move the unit across the jobsite. The unit also adopts an enclosed design, which promotes airflow for cooling while protecting internal components. With the optional high-pressure system, users of the GP75 can utilize the unit for various projects on jobsites.
