Chicago Pneumatic CPS 400 Series Portable Air Compressor

The Chicago Pneumatic CPS 400 series of air compressors offers tool and equipment support on construction sites. Secured to a single-axle trailer, this series includes the CPS 400-150 and CPS 400-200.

During use, the air compressors generate 175 to 225 psi. Both systems have a 52-gallon fuel tank capacity.

The machines feature an oil-injected, rotary screw type air compressor, powered by a liquid-cooled, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. These units consist of an air end, diesel engine with exhaust treatment, cooling circuit, air and oil separation and control systems. The components are enclosed within a sound dampened Red Rock Canopy enclosure. A range of undercarriage formats and factory or locally installed options are available to meet project requirements.

For transportation, the CPS air compressors take on a towable design, which has an A-frame draw bar with adjustable pintle hitch, retractable swivel wheel jack stand and safety chains, as well as recessed towing lights, electric brakes and torsion bar suspension.
