Durante Rentals Branch Manager Joe DelliCarpini joined 39 of Westchester County's (NY) business elite in receiving the Business Council of Westchester's Rising Stars 40 Under 40 Award. The ceremony took place in Rye Brook, NY where hundreds of friends and family members gathered to celebrate these 40 business men and women who have achieved excellence within their respective fields. Each year this award is given to a select group of professionals who the BCW recognize as driving forces within their industries.
Joe DelliCarpini, an accomplished competitive amateur golfer, quickly rose from the ranks to become one of Durante Rentals biggest revenue generators in an unprecedented 24 short months. This seamless transition from star athlete to the manager of the Elmsford branch exemplifies his strong drive and desire to succeed. With monthly and yearly revenue records under his belt, along with multiple Employee of the Month and Team Leader of the Month awards, Joe is poised to make a big splash in the construction equipment rental industry for years to come. “The business council opens up so many doors for so many people and I am excited to see what the future holds,” said Joe. He attributes a lot of his success to his wife Jenna and daughter Aria who provide constant motivation and support.
The BCW’s Rising Stars Award creates an array of opportunities for accomplished Westchester business men and women to network with like-minded, talented professionals. In 2006, Durante Rentals owners, Chris Jones and John Durante, first met while receiving their own 40 under 40 Awards.
