Kaeser Compressors has introduced the M81, a heavy-duty addition to its MOBILAIR™ portable compressor line. Built for demanding jobsite environments, the M81 delivers up to 295 cubic feet per minute (cfm) at 100 pounds per square inch (psig), with adjustable pressure settings suited for construction, demolition, sandblasting, fiber optic cable installation, and utility work.
Operators can choose between pressure ranges of 100–150 psig or 100–200 psig, depending on project needs. The unit's pV control system automatically boosts airflow when lower pressures are selected, helping to improve energy efficiency by matching air output to equipment demand.
Powered by a Tier 4 Final Hatz diesel engine, the M81 provides up to 11 hours of continuous operation with reduced emissions. Designed for all-weather performance, the unit features:
- Anti-frost control that adjusts operating temperatures based on climate conditions
- Optional tool lubricator to prevent freezing during cold-weather use
- Scratch- and dent-resistant molded polymer gull wing doors for easy maintenance access
- Kaeser’s Sigma Control Smart interface, allowing users to adjust settings and monitor fuel use, fluid levels, and system conditions
