Point of Rental Elite and Expert users now have a new way to manage used equipment sales through a direct integration with online auction platform bidadoo. The new feature allows users to initiate asset sale requests directly from item records within the software, reducing the need for external tools or manual tracking.
The integration enables a request-for-proposal email to be generated from within the platform, launching the resale process without leaving the system. Once initiated, bidadoo handles the remaining steps, including bidder screening, on-site inspections, and coordinating auction logistics.
By flagging assets within the rental software, the system also helps prevent accidental rentals of equipment that’s already marked for resale.
The partnership supports rental companies seeking to better manage fleet transitions, reduce downtime, and improve resale outcomes, all from within their existing Point of Rental workflow.
